Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Bengaluru for a Product Manager Intern. The intern will support the product development team by identifying user needs, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends to enhance product offerings. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create user stories, wireframes, and prototypes, and contribute to the product roadmap. Interns will assist in prioritizing features, managing the product backlog, monitoring product performance, and preparing reports to support decisionmaking. Additionally, the intern will help gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, as well as support the launch and rollout of new features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Assist in creating user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Conduct market research to understand user pain points, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks in the product backlog to drive timely delivery.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and internal teams to refine product features.
  • Support product managers in launching new features and ensuring smooth rollout.
  • Monitor product performance and prepare reports to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support product planning and decision-making.
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends to identify product improvement opportunities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Figma, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms or fintech is an advantage.
  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Passion for technology, startups, and innovation; prior experience in a tech environment is a plus.
  • Strong interest in product management and user experience design.
