About the Role:

Acadmus is looking for an experienced Product Manager Instructor to train, mentor, and guide learners who aspire to build careers in product management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing digital products, a strong understanding of the product lifecycle, and a genuine passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging live online sessions on Product Management concepts, tools, and best practices.

Design and update curriculum modules, assignments, and case studies relevant to real industry scenarios.

Teach learners about product vision, strategy, roadmaps, user research, and go-to-market planning.

Mentor students through their product capstone projects and provide career guidance.

Share insights on Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.

Introduce learners to tools like Jira, Figma, Miro, Trello, or Productboard.

Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.

Stay updated with emerging product management trends and incorporate them into teaching.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related fields (MBA preferred).

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Lead in a tech-driven environment.

In-depth knowledge of the product development lifecycle and Agile frameworks.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong passion for education, mentoring, and helping learners succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in Product Management.

Product certifications (e.g., AIPMM, Product School, Pragmatic Institute).

Experience working with SaaS or EdTech products.
