Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our WhatsApp banking & Chatbot initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WhatsApp banking (Meta) capabilities and chatbot technologies, a strong background in managing complex products, and a proven track record in developing and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for WhatsApp banking and chatbot solutions(customer/employee facing), from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Products team, business team, engineering, design, data science, and customer support to deliver high-quality solution for WhatsApp banking and Chatbot.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including technology, partner and business teams to gather requirement for enhancements in WhatsApp banking/ chatbot journeys.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, features, and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze WhatsApp banking, chatbot performance metrics, user feedback, and industry developments to inform product decisions and optimizations.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives and technological advancements.
- Evaluating chatbot and implementation partners while leading RFI/RFP efforts.
- Experience in launching WhatsApp & chatbots(preferably for BFSI) solutions for customer interactions across multiple channels like WhatsApp, Website , Net Banking, Mobile Banking etc. with the same backend.
- Basic knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) to develop advanced chatbot functionalities that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA from Tier 1 or 2 Institute preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years focused on chatbot technologies (WhatsApp & Chatbot)
- Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and their application in developing intelligent, conversational interfaces
- Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including regulatory considerations and customer service requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- API Integration: Understanding of APIs
- UX/UI Design Understanding: Basic knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. Ability to lead effectively with design teams to create intuitive and engaging chatbot interactions.
- Agile Methodologies: Strong experience with agile project management methodologies. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, for tracking and managing product development
- Security and Compliance: Awareness of security best practices and regulatory requirements in the banking and financial services industry. Experience with implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with standards such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including partners, engineering, design, data science, marketing, and customer support
