To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and analytical skills, with the ability to work directly with both customer and engineering teams across the company.You should be able to formulate a vision and strategic plan whilst creating clarity in requirements,demonstratingcustomer-obsession with a growth mindset.You should be comfortable talking about technical components,understanddevelopment cycles but at the same time hold onto the business need andimpact. Excellentcollaboration, communication, value-driven decisionmakingand coordination skills are necessary for this role.

Responsibilities
- You will have the ability to learn, collect, examine, prioritize customer scenarios, product requirements, feedback, and help to set the OKRs, feature improvements, user stories, functionalspecificationsthrough semester planning to ensure better product and customer and engineering outcomes.
- You will havea hands-on approach to writing developer specs andparticipateindesign reviews.
- You will create clarity in requirements, embrace agility, fend off scope creep, confirm development approaches and timelines, and support the team to
- build and deliver high quality and secure solutions on time.
- You will promote hypothesis-driven product development and data-driven decision making.
- You will define and analyze metrics to assess the success of products and communicate withallstakeholders.
- You will engage directly with internal customers and partners to integrate feedback and extrapolate customerbenefitfor improved product plans.
- You will collaborate with partner teams to deliver end-to-end systems and experiences whereverrequired.
- You will be a mentor to other ProductManagers in our team.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor'sDegree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- A Bachelor orMastersdegree in Computer Science orina related discipline, or equivalent in real-world experience.
- 4+ years of relevantexperiencedeliveringenterprise applications as a ProgramManager/ProductManagerout of total working experience.
- Ability to create structure from abstract ideas, take initial concepts to maturity.
- Solid understanding of consumer web and mobile technologies, bots, engineering platform at scale and the ability to hold technical discussions, go deep in technical areas
- Have a sense of pride and personal accountability for end-to-end quality, completeness, and resulting user experience.
- Strongtrack recordof not only individual excellence, but a demonstrated commitment to making others around them great.
- Outstanding cross-discipline and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Agile software development experience.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings good understanding of enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Platform), identity and access management (IAM), and cloud security fundamentals. They should be familiar with governance of collaboration containers (e.g., sites, workspaces, environments), security groups and RBAC models, data protection controls, automation platforms, and emerging AI-enabled assets. Experience with ownership models, access reviews, lifecycle enforcement, oversharing risk, and policy-driven control planes is a plus. The role requires the ability to connect collaboration, identity, data, and cloud governance concepts into a cohesive strategy that balances security, compliance, and user productivity at enterprise scale. Success in this role will also require using AI to deliver business impactleveraging data, telemetry, and machine learningbased insights to prioritize risk, automate governance actions, and design intelligent, scalable control mechanisms.
