About the Role
We're hiring a PM I for Siera — LeadSquared's self-serve analytics and BI product. You'll own the roadmap for reports, dashboards, and data exploration features, and make analytics accessible for sales and marketing teams.
What You'll Do
→ Own product roadmap for Siera modules
→ Write crisp PRDs and drive sprint execution with engineering
→ Talk to customers, identify pain points, ship solutions
→ Define success metrics and iterate based on data
What We're Looking For
✅ 2–4 years total experience
✅ 2+ years as an engineer on analytics/data products
✅ PM experience a plus, not mandatory
✅ Tier 1 college (IIT / NIT / BITS / IIM or equivalent)
✅ Strong data literacy — SQL, metrics, BI tools
