Job Title: Junior Product Manager – AI/ML

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager – AI/ML who is highly research-driven and

passionate about leveraging AI for problem-solving and innovation. The candidate should

have hands-on experience managing multiple AI/ML products, excellent communication

and collaboration skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external

vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product management of AI/ML products, from ideation to launch

and continuous enhancement.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis using AI tools to identify market trends,

competitive insights, and innovative opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, QA, BA,

Design, Support, etc.) for seamless product delivery.

• Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and ensure alignment with

business goals.

• Translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements and

priorities.

• Maintain and manage the product backlog in alignment with organizational

objectives.

• Ensure delivery of both functional and non-functional requirements across the

product lifecycle.

• Apply knowledge of IT SDLC and agile methodologies to manage development

cycles efficiently.

• Collect feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously improve AI/ML

products.

• Prepare product documentation, reports, and research briefs for leadership and

stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, preferably with AI/ML or

data-driven products.

• Strong research orientation with the ability to use AI for market analysis,

competitor benchmarking, and trend identification.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple AI/ML products and vendors simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, product lifecycle management, and IT

SDLC processes.

• Smart in dealing with functional and non-functional stakeholders.

• Based in Ahmedabad or open to working on-site at our Ahmedabad office.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML tools.

• Prior experience in requirement gathering, writing PRDs, or managing product

backlogs in tools like JIRA by utilizing AI in entire product management journey.

• Strong analytical mindset, research excellence, and customer-first approach.
