Product Manager

We are a fast-growing B2B digital platform enabling SMEs, distributors, wholesalers, and buyers to connect, trade, and grow. Inspired by companies like IndiaMART, Udaan, and Alibaba, our platform empowers businesses with smart, scalable technology and user-friendly tools.

We are looking for a dynamic Product Managerwith 2–3 years of experience who can take ownership of specific product features and workflows and play a key role in enhancing the buyer and seller experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Take ownership of product modules or workflows (e.g., lead generation, supplier onboarding, buyer experience,

or transaction flow).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – tech, design, sales, and operations – to launch and improve product

features.

• Develop a deep understanding of our B2B buyers and sellers—identify their pain points and craft solutions that

scale

• Translate business needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
• Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and product KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Excel.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to roll out product launches effectively
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor platforms.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
• 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B, marketplace, or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer/seller behavior, wholesale trade dynamics, and digital commerce platforms.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling tech products.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Familiarity with Agile development tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
