We are looking for a dynamic Product Managerwith 23 years of experience who can take ownership of specific product features and workflows and play a key role in enhancing the buyer and seller experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
- Take ownership of product modules or workflows (e.g., lead generation, supplier onboarding, buyer experience,
or transaction flow).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams tech, design, sales, and operations to launch and improve product
features.
- Develop a deep understanding of our B2B buyers and sellersidentify their pain points and craft solutions that
scale
- Translate business needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
- Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and product KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Excel.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to roll out product launches effectively
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor platforms.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
- 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B, marketplace, or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer/seller behavior, wholesale trade dynamics, and digital commerce platforms.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling tech products.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Familiarity with Agile development tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
