Product Growth- Drive Growth at scale for existing product portfolio and launch New Products
Product Assets Ownership
Own the product positioning for the mega-category on all assets, such as the Simplilearn website, subdomain websites, LMS portal etc.
Manage content, prices, program structure, headers, etc. on the websites
Own the entire Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations to ensure program launches within the prescribed timeline and as per the brand guideline, guided by the Simplilearn Quality and UX framework
Manage end to end activities as part of the GTM or program revamp activities
Category Ownership
Own the entire Product Lifecycle from ideation to Sunset for the programs under the assigned Category
Drive market research: a mix of quantitative-primary (surveys, segmentation, positioning research, product proposition/ concept tests, etc.), qualitative-primary (focus groups, in-depth interviews, market research online communities, etc.), and secondary/desk research to identify new product opportunities (product-market fit) and develop a point of view
Ensure timely launch of product and monitor post-release metrics to ensure optimal PFM
Optimize the positioning for new products
Develop sales enablement tools, drive GTM and align, train all stakeholders
User Experience
Track user experience & engagement at regular frequency
Proactively tackle possible escalations and align delivery process
Give service design inputs to ensure high CSAT/NPS
Assist academic and industry partnerships for product success
Conduct focus groups, feedback sessions, etc. to get customer feedback and identify pain points before addressing the pain points in a productive manner
Optimizing Existing Products
Monitor product performance metrics and identify red flags - perform regular Pre Mortems
Create proactive measures and align stakeholders to mitigate the red flags and optimize the product
Ideate and conceptualize the scaling of existing products
Ensure process excellence to achieve the right mix of cost and optimal delivery
Work closely on the product update and sunset process, with scrum team to create low-wastage roadmaps
