About The Role
We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Product Manager to drive the growth and work on a scaled platform. In this role, you will take ownership of defining clear user journeys, optimizing user flows, and executing product features from inception to launch.
The ideal candidate is a high-ownership Individual Contributor (IC) who thrives in clarity, is deeply data-driven, and has a strong passion for the rewarded/incentive mobile app ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution
- Own the User Journey: Map out, analyze, and optimize user flows to maximize engagement, retention, and conversion within our rewarded/incentive mobile app ecosystem.
- Define Problem Statements: Take broad product visions and translate them into well-defined, actionable problem statements and product requirement documents(PRDs).
- Feature Prioritization: Lead team planning and prioritize features ruthlessly based on data, user feedback, and business impact.
- Deliver as an IC: Act as an independent execution machine, taking features from the ideation stage to deployment with minimal supervision.
Data & Analytics
- Collaborate with the Data Team: Partner closely with data analysts to uncover user insights, track feature performance, and identify friction points.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Build dashboards and run queries to back up product hypotheses with hard data.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience & Domain Knowledge
- Rewarded/Incentive Mobile Apps: Prior experience or a deep understanding of mobile apps, specifically in the rewarded, incentive, or gamified spaces, is highly preferred.
- Market Exposure: Experience building and scaling products for the Indian market is a must; exposure to the global market is a major plus.
- Proven Execution: Ability to work as an Individual Contributor (IC) who brings absolute clarity to complex situations and aligns cross-functional teams.
Technical & Analytical Toolkit
- Analytics: Hands-on experience with Firebase Metrics and Google Analytics.
- Data Visualization & Queries: Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and creating actionable dashboards in Looker Studio.
Soft Skills
- Clarity of Thought: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for engineering, design, and data teams.
