Job Description

Job profile:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to support the marketing strategies and execution for our product VIXXA 2 CGM. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team and crossfunctionally at HO to drive brand objectives viz brand visibility, inclinic communication and engagement, market / patient penetration and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns for assigned product/s and therapeutic segments.
  • Develop brand plans and activity budgets with quantified outcomes
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support field activities, promotional programs, and product launches and KOL / KBL engagements
  • Development of marketing materials viz visual aids, patient education material and CME / RTM decks for HCP discussions and digital content for E comm and product website.
  • Should be acquainted with Digital / Social marketing for supporting digital initiatives viz E Comm and Social Media and Q Comm
  • Identify, prepare briefing note and work with agencies for market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, insights and challenges
  • Liaise with key stakeholders UK HQ / KOL / KBL to ensure scientific accuracy and brand consistency
  • Conceptualise and develop doctor engagement programs, CMEs,
  • Support participation in National and Local conferences, trade events.
  • Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness with dashboards and provide insights for improvement.
  • Maintain marketing databases, product training materials, and field communication tools.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of pharma/healthcare marketing and brand management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting market and sales data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA in Marketing or related field.

  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in pharma product management
  • Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Medical Devices.
