Position Overview

You'll own and evolve high-impact platform products that directly impact how dental practices run their businesses and drive company growth. This hands-on execution role sits at the intersection of operations, customer success, and revenue. You'll manage products including Nudges, Timesheets, Product Health Score, and Upsell Opportunities with clear accountability for roadmap and delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

Own roadmap, discovery, delivery, and iteration for platform product portfolio with clear priorities and accountability

Conduct regular customer interviews and usability sessions with dental practice owners and staff

Work directly with engineering and design teams writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Define and track product KPIs including feature adoption, engagement, retention impact, and revenue influence

Use AI tools actively to automate research synthesis, generate drafts, build prototypes, and run data queries

Partner with Customer Success and Sales to embed product health score and upsell tools in workflows

Analyze product usage data independently building dashboards and running cohort analyses

Must Have Criteria

4-7 years of product management experience owning live, customer-facing SaaS products

Strong SQL skills with ability to pull and interpret usage data independently

Experience writing detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering execution

Proven ability to conduct customer discovery interviews and usability testing independently

Track record managing multiple products or workstreams simultaneously without quality loss

Active daily use of AI tools (LLMs) for research, documentation, prototyping, and analysis

Bachelor's or Master's degree from IITs, IIMs, BITS, or equivalent top-tier institutions

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-location SaaS platforms serving SMB customers

Familiarity with workforce management, timesheet workflows, or payroll-adjacent products

Exposure to revenue intelligence, customer health scoring, or CRM-adjacent tools

Prior experience collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams on commercial features
