This is a full-time on-site Product Manager role based in New Delhi. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, from ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing product strategies, and managing budgets. The role also involves engaging with stakeholders to ensure product performance and driving promotional strategies to meet organizational goals.

• Strong skills in Product Development, Strategic Planning, and Project Management
• Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and KPI Monitoring
• Proficiency in Communication, Leadership, and Stakeholder Engagement
• Knowledge in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Neuropsychiatric products, and Regulatory Compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector will be an advantage
