About the Role

Ferns N Petals (FNP) is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy and roadmap for our B2B Corporate Gifting platform. The ideal candidate should have strong e-commerce product management experience and the ability to work across technology, business, operations, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for B2B Corporate Gifting.
• Understand and improve the end-to-end B2B customer journey, from product discovery and enquiry to ordering and fulfillment.
• Identify product opportunities through customer insights, market research, competitor analysis, and data.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams for product delivery.
• Create PRDs, user stories, requirements, and product specifications.
• Track product KPIs and drive conversion, customer experience, and business growth.
• Understand backend and operational workflows including inventory, warehouse, procurement, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Drive continuous product improvements and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Must-Have

• 5+ years overall experience with 3–4+ years in Product Management.
• Latest/recent experience must be in Product Management.
• Must be from E-commerce, preferably B2B/B2B2C.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, product analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• NCR/Gurugram-based or willing to relocate to NCR.
