Job Description

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for driving the adoption and integration of emerging technologies, leading strategic projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Define and implement the digital transformation strategy, with a focus on FinTech innovations, digital product solutions, and customer-centric digital initiatives.
  • Leadership and Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions, ensuring the successful execution of FinTech projects that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Innovation and Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in the FinTech space, and identify opportunitiesfor the applications.
  • Digital Product Development: Collaborate with product management, technology, and business teams to design, develop, and roll out digital products and services that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, technology partners, regulators, and vendors, to drive collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Awareness: Ensure all digital initiatives comply with industry regulations and standards, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and financial compliance.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to foster a culture of innovation within the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes across the business.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field
  • 8+ years experience in digital transformation, technology strategy or FinTech innovation, preferably within the Banking / Financial Services sector.
  • Proven track record in leading digital and FinTech initiatives, including product development, technology integration, and cross-functional project management.
  • Strong understanding of FinTech ecosystems, digital banking, mobile banking, blockchain, AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies in the Financial Services space.
  • Deep knowledge of Financial Services industry regulations, compliance, and security standards.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and digital project management tools.
  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX) strategies and design thinking.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, API management, and enterprise architecture in the Financial Services context.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation while balancing business objectives and regulatory constraints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
