To help us continue to grow our products, we're in search of an experienced Product Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary development team. We are looking for a skilled product person with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of product development - from gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and working closely with engineering, to deliver a winning product.

Objectives of the Role:
  1. Be the expert on target customer/user needs to curate a product roadmap that will deliver value to customers and business.
  2. Sound knowledge of target industry and domain. Assess current competitor offerings and industry trends to find opportunities for differentiation.
  3. Deep understanding of how the product actually works. Expertise in handling customer demonstrations, guiding the resolution of live issues.
  4. Drive user research initiatives to assess success of product features and seek opportunities for continuous improvement. Propose and appraise new product ideas for improving product-market fit.
  5. Data analytics capabilities to understand current and historical trends in the usage of the product by end users.
  6. Internal evangelizer of the product who can effectively share product strategy and vision to motivate and inspire the product team as well as various stakeholders who contribute to the product.
  7. Drive the conversion of high level product requirements into well defined user workflows that deliver world class user experience by collaborating with Designers and Engineering Leads.
  8. Drive the product development and delivery process by effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of the product risks and how to address each of them. Ability to tackle risks up front.
  9. Ability to effectively collaborate and build trust with the Senior leadership & stakeholders. Understand their concerns and constraints as well as be a champion for user needs and priorities. Ability to balance customer and business needs to build a successful product.

Responsibilities
  1. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that further product-market fit, grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  2. Work closely with Senior leadership and other stakeholders to develop winning strategies for achieving product goals.
  3. Translate product strategy and high level requirements into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  4. Scope and prioritize activities based on customer and business impact.
  5. Collaborate with cross functional teams and work closely with engineering teams to deliver with high quality, quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  6. Drive product releases by effectively coordinating with customers, engineering, sales, marketing and support teams.
  7. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, perform product demos, maintain long term business relationships and steer towards a successful partnership.
  8. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding among internal stakeholders and product teams.

Skills-
  1. Strong experience as Product manager with exposure to all elements of the product life cycle.
  2. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
  3. Good team player with highly effective cross functional team management.
  4. Ability to build winning relationships with senior management and other stakeholders.
  5. Expertise in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
  6. Good presentation skills with the ability to propose & present new ideas and negotiate/navigate conflicting viewpoints while driving product success.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Good writing and editing skills.
  9. Ability to work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities.
  10. Curious and empathetic approach to needs of customers, team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications-
  1. Experience in managing cross functional teams.
  2. At least 6 years of experience in having led or supported the management of one or more software products.
  3. Previous experience in software development will be an advantage.
