Finantic.ai is an AI-first company building enterprise-grade agentic AI systems for finance and accounting. We work on deeply complex workflows, including lease management, rent administration, compliance, and financial automation, using advanced AI agents, orchestration systems, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
What you will own
- Conduct 10+ customer interviews per month with CRE finance teams (CFOs, Controllers,F&AManagers) and shadow on-site to understand workflows
- Translatecustomerpain into clear problem statements, product requirements, and build business cases with ROI models
- Define product roadmap based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and strategic priorities
- Write detailed PRDs with user stories, acceptance criteria, technical breakdowns for engineering implementation, and success metrics; create wireframes and user flows in Figma
- Work daily with engineering and design to build features, make prioritization decisions, and unblock teams with fast decisions
- Design beta programs and design partner engagements; create product launch plans and sales enablement
- Define and track product KPIs (adoption, usage, accuracy, NPS, retention); build dashboards to measure product health
- Run A/B tests and experiments, analyze user behavior,identifyfriction points, and iterate based on data
- Own product-market fit metrics and report on product performance to leadership

- B.E./B.Techor M.E./M.Tech/M.S. degreeor MBAfrom top-tier universities
- Product company experience- must have worked at product startups (not service companies or consulting)
- Experience selling to business(B2B/Enterprises focus)buyers (CFOs, VPs, Directors)
- StrongTechnical depth-Canvibecode, build prototypes tovalidateuse cases with customers, and work closely with engineers to ship production features
- Uses metrics to make decisions, A/B tests features, measures everything
- Spends time with customers, understands their workflows deeply
- Strong communicator with ability to write clear PRDs and explain complex features to diverse audiences
- User empathy with bias to action- ship MVPs fast and iterate, high ownership mentality
- Thrive in chaos, strong opinions weakly held, excellent written and verbal communication
- Prefer who have builtAI/ML products(LLM applications, RAG systems, AI agents)
- Prefer who have built products from scratch that scaled as an early team member or a founder
- Good to have experience inFinTech,PropTech, or vertical SaaS(finance/accounting workflows)or commercialreal estate domain
