As our product ecosystem grows, we are looking for a Product Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that elevate product value, strengthen platform integration, and drive customer adoption and satisfaction.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Explorance, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product areas. You will work across engineering, design, QA, release, and customer-facing teams to define and deliver features that solve real problems and create measurable value for users. A key part of your role will involve collaborating with customersthrough early access programs, roadmap discussions, and hands-on problem solvingto ensure our products are aligned with customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and manage product vision, goals, and success metrics in alignment with customer needs and Explorance's strategic direction.
  • Own and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution.
  • Lead product lifecycle activities from discovery through delivery, ensuring high-quality releases that meet market requirements.

Customer Collaboration & Engagement

  • Collaborate directly with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and evolving feedback needs.
  • Facilitateearly access and pilot programs, gathering insights to validate direction and de-risk releases.
  • Translate customer conversations, usage data, and support feedback into actionable product decisions.
  • Drive product usage and engagement by simplifying workflows and creating value-driven experiences.

Integrations & Interoperability

  • Own integration strategy across third-party platforms including Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Brightspace), communication tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom), and enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, CRM, analytics).
  • Define and evolve API capabilities, and support secure, scalable identity management via SSO, SAML, and OIDC protocols.
  • Partner with engineering to support packaging and deployment readiness across SaaS environments, ensuring consistency and licensing alignment.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Release teams to scope, build, test, and launch features.
  • Work with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure product readiness and knowledge transfer.
  • Communicate roadmap, release timelines, and product changes clearly across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience inproduct managementor a closely related role in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven track record of launching customer-facing features that drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction.
  • Strong technical understanding ofAPIs,integrations, andidentity protocols(e.g., SSO, SAML).
  • Ability to gather and synthesize customer input and translate it into well-scoped, high-impact product work.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing roadmaps across multiple releases.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with platforms related tolearning, feedback, or analyticsin education or enterprise contexts.
  • Familiarity with SaaS deployment pipelines, release planning, and licensing coordination.
  • Background in user experience design or behavior-based engagement strategies.
