Product Manager

Role: Product Owner

Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: 3 Days from office(Mandatory)

Key Role and Responsibilities: Work closely with the technology team to develop, test, and deliver defined deliverables. Maintain and prioritize a list of business requirements for future releases. Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up calls to ensure alignment on priorities and blockers. Create awareness around new requirements and updates among the business and technical teams. Drive change management activities – scheduling meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on actions. Review and update walkthrough guides and SOPs. Support audit preparations by documenting process changes, preparing evidence, and coordinating responses to audit queries. Conduct user training sessions and office hours, including preparation and follow-up. Handle user access approvals and guideline reviews.

Must Have:

• Strong experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in enterprise or regulatory environments.

• Experience in Supporting ongoing regulatory and platform initiatives within Financial Crimes / GRC technology landscape.

• Ability to work closely with Technology teams on requirements elaboration, backlog management, and delivery execution.

• Experience with financial services, risk, compliance, or data-driven platforms preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
