Designation- Product Manager- Escrow/Capital Market
Location- Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure escrow and capital market escrow transactions based on client-specific requirements across diverse segments.
- Liaise with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations, technology, risk) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Partner with the sales team to identify, pitch, and close escrow opportunities across industries.
- Continuously improve product offerings and related processes through competitive benchmarking and client feedback.
- Lead digitization and automation initiatives to enhance the escrow journey and operational efficiency.
- Negotiate with clients and legal counsel to finalize transactions while ensuring regulatory, tax, and legal compliance.
- Manage product governance including collateral creation, financials, audit-readiness, and internal documentation.
- Review escrow and capital market agreements from a regulatory, operational, compliance, and feasibility perspective.
- Identify new business opportunities through market trends, client feedback, and intermediary engagement.
- Use analytics and market insights to shape product strategy, ensuring alignment with business and revenue goals.
