Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and execution for subdomains such as PAM and CRM
- Work with global gaming stakeholders to establish backend capabilities and API-first design
- Translate player and operator needs into scalable headless APIs and platform features
- Partner with engineering to modernize systems for high resilience, scalability, and adoption
- Own key user success metrics including login success, payment success, promo redemption, and loyalty adoption
- Lead backend platform development with a focus on speed, security, and scalability
- Conduct product discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and convert insights into product roadmaps
- Manage subdomains including login and registration, CRM, payment and wallet systems, and compliance and risk management
- Collaborate with engineering, design, security, legal, compliance, and product teams to prioritize and deliver the product roadmap
- Provide leadership and guidance for technical and strategic decisions
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to shape product strategies
- Drive continuous platform improvements using data, user feedback, and best practices
- Foster a culture of experimentation and iteration
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in product management within gaming or related industries
- Strong leadership skills with a history of leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop and execute product roadmaps and vision
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and practices
- Background in B2C products and customer-centric product development
- Technical understanding of backend systems, APIs, and platform scalability
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience in compliance and risk management in regulated environments
- Ability to work with global stakeholders across multiple regions
- Proficient in English (C1 Advanced)
