Role Description

This full-time Product Manager role focuses on embedded finance and lending solutions. Based out of Bengaluru, this on-site position involves managing the complete product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development of innovative financial solutions. Responsibilities will include conducting market research, defining product requirements, overseeing product development, and ensuring successful product launches aligned with organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 yrs of experience as product manager
• Strong product management skills including experience with product lifecycle, roadmapping, and requirement gathering.
• Expertise in embedded finance, lending solutions, or financial products, with an understanding of the fintech industry and market trends.
• Data analysis, market research, and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions.
• Project management abilities, including collaboration with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, and marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology and product development process.
• A degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a product management role within the financial or fintech domain will be highly beneficial.
