Then you are our New Product Manager at EG Dynaway! As our new Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in repositioning our product in the global market to drive growth. The right candidate will have a proven track record of successfully growing digital products. Currently, we are the preferred EAM and Advanced Asset management modules for Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems. We would like you to accelerate global expansion.
Proficiency in building software products for ecosystems such as Dynamics and a good understanding of the industrial maintenance management process will be a strong advantage. We are a growing team of 150+ people building products across Asset management and quality management under the Quality and Asset Management Business Unit. You will be part of the Product Management team, which also has UX ownership.
Your Workday, Your Tasks And Mandatory Skill Set
Delivering Value Across Product, Market & Customers and in this role, you will be responsible for:
Product Development And Management
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and reposition the product effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance product positioning and market penetration in the dynamic ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap and rally people from different functions towards a common product goal.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
- Responsible for defining the Product experience.
Product Marketing & Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to provide product expertise, support sales strategies, and drive product growth by contributing to GTM activities.
- Partner with the product marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns, product presentations, and materials that resonate with the target audience.
Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Overall, 58 years of experience within the software industry, including a minimum of 3 years dedicated to product management for SaaS products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching or growing SaaS products.
