About the role

This isn't just another Product Manager rolethis is a chance to build something that's never been built before. At Dezerv, you'll help build a wealth management experience that thoughtfully combines technology with human expertisesomething still largely missing in how affluent Indians manage their wealth today.

You'll work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to shape end-to-end solutions that simplify complex financial decisions and elevate the client experience. As a Product Manager at Dezerv, you won't just own featuresyou'll own outcomes. From identifying the right problems to solving operational and go-to-market challenges, you'll do whatever it takes to drive impact.

This role requires comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to step beyond traditional product boundariesengaging with sales, operations, and client-facing teams when needed. If you're looking for a role limited to writing PRDs and running sprint ceremonies, this won't be the right fit.

As a Product Manager you will:

• Own and build intuitive, high-quality digital experiences across app and web that help clients manage their wealth with confidence at scale.
• Own end-to-end product flows for investment execution (eg. SIPs, payments, settlements and reconciliations, etc) ensuring high reliability and accuracy.
• Take end-to-end ownership of key client journeys - from problem discovery to shipped outcomes - driving clarity, prioritisation, and measurable impact.
• Work closely with design, engineering, platform, and business teams to translate complex financial concepts into simple, delightful user experiences.
• Operate with high autonomy, making product decisions that directly influence customer engagement, retention, and long-term business outcomes.
• Grow with Dezerv as the platform scales, with your scope expanding alongside the company and your work contributing meaningfully to revenue and P&L.
