Your Role And Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the roadmap for Radar initiatives, prioritizing improvements that meet market needs, user feedback, and the HashiCorp vision.
- Communicate roadmap status to all stakeholders. Keep sales and marketing updated on feature releases.
- Conduct user research, write clear product specifications, and plan sprints.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to research, plan, develop, and execute initiatives.
- Help with sales and marketing collateral to education on the product story and features (Website copy, whitepapers, sales decks, FAQs, etc.).

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 3+ years of product management experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure, or enterprise software. Overall, 5+ years of demonstrated ability in other roles such as software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or similar.
- Project management skills with the ability to organize multiple stakeholders towards a common goal
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, design, sales, marketing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong user and market research skills.
- Ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs
