In your new role you will:
Community Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute a product roadmap for the Developer Community aligned with Infineon s business and brand goals.
- Transform the community from a support-centric platform to a business-generating and ideation-driven brand community.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, business units, and customer support to align community goals with company-wide initiatives.
Product Management
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for community features, tools, and integrations.
- Prioritize and manage feature development in collaboration with internal development teams and/or third-party vendors.
- Monitor product usage analytics to iterate and improve engagement and functionality.
Engagement & Growth
- Define and track KPIs for community engagement, satisfaction, and business impact.
- Develop programs and content strategies to drive participation among developers, customers, and partners.
- Champion user personas and community voice in all relevant forums.
Innovation & Feedback Loop
- Build processes to harvest insights, product ideas, and qualitative feedback from the community.
- Facilitate structured programs like beta groups, ideation challenges, and feedback sprints with community members.
- Work closely with product and innovation teams to integrate community input into product planning.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 8-12 years of experience in product management, community management, or developer relations.
- Experience in the semiconductor or high-technology industry.
- Strong understanding of software platforms, developer ecosystems, or SaaS models.
- Demonstrated success in growing or transforming online communities.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification strongly preferred.
- Experience in working cross-functionally across large, matrixed organizations.
- Experience with platforms like Lithium/ Khoros, Salesforce Communities, Discourse, or similar.
- Data-driven and proficient in tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI,or community analytics platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to connect community to business goals.
- Excellent communication and story telling skills.
- Strong empathy for technical audiences and a passion for enabling developer success.
