Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Execution
- Translate product requirements into clear specifications and user stories in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams.
- Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and product releases.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
Customer Focus & Market Analysis
- Develop a deep understanding of target markets, customer segments, and pain points.
- Conduct customer research, interviews, and surveys to validate product ideas and gather actionable insights.
- Analyze user behavior and metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Product Launch, Strategy & Roadmap
- Coordinate product launches including release notes, documentation, and training materials.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and make adjustments post-launch.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Contribute to the product roadmap, prioritize features, and communicate plans to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to align product objectives.
- Provide regular status updates, presentations, and performance reports to leadership.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback into the product roadmap and development cycle.
