Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for guiding the development and management of product lifecycles, working cross-functionally to create and execute strategies that align with company goals. Day-to-day tasks include defining product roadmaps, analyzing market trends, gathering customer feedback, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and driving product improvements to increase user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Product Management expertise including defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and implementing product lifecycle strategies.
• Strong analytical and research skills to gather insights on market trends, user behavior, and business performance.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams like engineering, sales, and design.
• Knowledge of tools and methodologies related to strategy, user experience (UX), and development processes.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on meeting business goals and user needs.
• Familiarity with supply chain systems, eCommerce, or logistics operations is a plus.
• Experience in a leadership role within product management is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
