About The Role
We are looking for a driven and strategic Product Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for owning the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to build and scale impactful products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle: from requirements gathering to product launch and iteration.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to inform product
decisions.
- Write clear product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features and tasks using frameworks like MoSCoW, RICE, or Value vs. Effort.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Track product performance using KPIs and analytics; iterate based on data and user
feedback
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product
releases and user adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 25 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar.
Nice to Have
- Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, fintech].
- Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying.
- Technical background or ability to work closely with developers
