Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager to lead our Digital Individual Lending product end-to-end. This role will drive product strategy, growth, asset quality, and customer experience across the full digital loan lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings strong fintech exposure, sharp analytical capability, and hands-on experience building and scaling digital financial products in regulated environments.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, risk, technology, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Product Ownership
Own the Digital Individual Lending portfolio across acquisition, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, and collections.
Drive growth while maintaining strong asset quality and portfolio health.
2. Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define product vision, customer value proposition, and 1218 month roadmap.
Translate business goals into structured product requirements (PRDs, user stories, specs).
Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and risk.
3. Customer Lifecycle Management
Design seamless digital journeys from onboarding to closure.
Optimize conversion funnels, approval rates, and turnaround times.
Improve retention, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making
Monitor key metrics: CAC, approval rate, disbursement rate, portfolio quality, delinquency trends, NPS, drop-offs.
Run experiments (A/B testing) and implement continuous product improvements.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Risk, IT, Analytics, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Align underwriting logic, credit policies, and system workflows.
Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment in all product features.
6. Technology & Innovation
Leverage APIs, alternate data, bureau integrations, eKYC, automation, and AI-led decisioning to enhance underwriting and CX.
Drive automation to reduce manual touchpoints and improve scalability.
7. Stakeholder & Launch Management
Lead product launches and GTM execution in partnership with internal and external marketing teams.
Act as the central point of coordination across business units.
Provide structured updates to leadership on progress and performance.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
10+ years of experience in Product Management within BFSI/Fintech/NBFC.
Strong understanding of:
o Digital lending models
o Credit underwriting frameworks
o Regulatory environment (RBI norms)
o Digital Marketing
Experience in transformation initiatives or digital build-from-scratch environments preferred.
Strong analytical skills; comfort with data tools (Excel, SQL, BI dashboards).
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
