We work with financial institutions, Banks, NBFCs & Digital lending firms to improve their collections efficiency using technology, automation intelligence and optimal legal routes in order to facilitate the resolution of stressed assets. With all major banks and NBFCs as our clients, our SaaS based collections platform helps them efficiently improve their NPA, geographic reach and customer experience.

About the Role

As a Product Manager at Credgenics, you'll have the unique opportunity to build world-class FinTech products that enhance collections, improve customer experiences, and drive financial innovation. Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap – Drive innovation and align with business goals.
• Gain a deep understanding of the business and its products, including its objectives and challenges, along with a thorough knowledge of the platform's customers and users. This requires analyzing their needs, behaviors, and pain points to ensure the product meets their expectations and provides meaningful value.
• Write comprehensive PRDs with detailed acceptance criteria that address all functional and non-functional aspects of the product, including security, data compliance, and other essential requirements.
• Regularly share and present updates on the product roadmap and progress to leaders and stakeholders. Clearly communicate potential risks and provide a plan to mitigate them, ensuring alignment and transparency on the path forward.
• Identify high-impact opportunities, conduct market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Turn vision into reality – Work with engineering, design, and business teams to build and launch cutting-edge products.
• Craft seamless experiences – Design intuitive user journeys that enhance customer engagement.
• Use data to drive decisions – Analyze performance metrics (SQL, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to optimize product success.
• Ensure compliance & security – Work in a regulated financial environment, ensuring FinTech best practices.
• Lead product launches – Define go-to-market strategies and ensure adoption by key stakeholders.

What we are Looking For :

• 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or B2B products.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, roadmap planning, and sprint execution.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data for decision-making (SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
