Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager who can drive end-to-end product development while working closely with government stakeholders. The role focuses on building scalable, data-driven solutions to improve learning outcomes and strengthen education systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and impact goals
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: research, PRD creation, development, launch, and iteration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, and program teams)
- Translate complex education challenges into scalable tech solutions
- Conduct field visits and interact with teachers, students, and government stakeholders
- Use data and user insights to drive product decisions and improvements
- Build products that support learning outcomes, teacher effectiveness, and system monitoring
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience in EdTech, GovTech, or development sector preferred
- Strong skills in product strategy, PRDs, and stakeholder management
- Data-driven mindset with experience in dashboards and metrics
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong interest in education and social impact
