Product Manager

Requirements

4-5 years of core product management experience

Proven experience leading cross-functional product teams

Experience with AI-powered products, preferably Agentic AI workflows

Familiarity with logistics, freight, or B2B SaaS products preferred

Comfortable working remotely with global teams

Flexible for IST evening calls with U.S. teams

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals

Lead product launches with clear plans and measurable outcomes

Engage users to gather insights and translate them into product improvements

Coordinate product efforts with design, frontend, and backend engineering

Analyze metrics to improve UX, increase revenue, and ensure scalability

Drive continuous product improvements based on feedback

Lead AI-driven product initiatives and help scale strategic AI workflows
