Role Summary:
- The candidate will be responsible for handling the marketing and PMT functions for Cosmetics products, with a focus on Dermatology and Sunscreen lines. The role involves launching new products, strengthening existing brands, planning and implementing promotional strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing and PMT functions for Cosmetics products, focusing on Dermatology and Sunscreen
- Plan and execute product launches and strategies to strengthen existing brands
- Design creative promotional and communication strategies for various products
- Plan and execute customer-oriented campaigns and special activities for priority products
- Plan and coordinate campaigns and activities with Key Opinion Leaders
- Conduct monthly and quarterly brand reviews and monitor performance metrics
- Coordinate with all internal support functions to ensure seamless implementation of marketing strategies
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B. Pharma or B. Sc graduate with MBA in Marketing
- 68 years of experience in Pharma Sales & Marketing, including 23 years as Product Manager / Senior Product Manager handling Dermatology in Cosmetics & Sunscreen
- Strong knowledge of Dermatology and Cosmetics/Sunscreen segment
- Proven ability in launching new products and strengthening existing brands
- Exceptionally organized with self-motivation, creativity, and initiative
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
