Support meeting all P&L metrics across the unsecured portfolios, through strategic development, pricing and complete customer life cycle management
Deliver campaigns and projects in accordance with metrics.
Deliver on business case submissions and related costings
Seek opportunities to reduce costs across all business lines covered.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that have potential to expand the business and/or improve business profitability.
Deliver key elements of the broader Customer Value Management strategy.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, product design, service proposition and profitability.
Ensure effective systems, procedures and control infrastructure is in place to support product delivery
Co-develop with key stakeholders operational process improvements based on customer feedback and industry benchmarks

Qualification: Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
