Qualifications

- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines; Additional qualification in Business Administration is preferable but not mandatory.
- Generalized good knowledge within the range of the Product Introduction process
- The ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to make informed, data-driven decisions and justify business cases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate the product vision and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
