RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for delivering excellent online and F2F product demonstrations.
- Planning and conducting refresher product training for teachers.
- Fortnightly report on usage for the product specialists & ensuring maximum usage basis the set benchmarks.
- Share the customer feedback with the editorial team for product improvement.
- Retention of the existing customers.
- Ongoing client support and engagement.
- To ensure all service parameters are monitored and tracked and accurately delivered.
- Responsible for service internal customers/ new updates on products and services.
- Identify new freelance trainers for the onboarding process.
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Graduate/ Postgraduate in English / Education will be preferred.
- Preferred industry Academics.
EXPERIENCE:
Must have 3-7 years of experience in product training and account management
