Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager/ Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building Martech/Content/CMS products, influencing Customer Experience (CX) and leveraging AI. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive product innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for our clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.

Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch evaluation and optimization.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on CX and AI-based solutions.

Analyse client needs and develops tailored strategies to improve customer experience and business performance.

Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and emerging trends in Martech/Content Systems, CX and AI.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

10-14 years of experience in product management and business consulting.

Experience in MarTech/Content/CMS, CX and AI-based solutions, with experience in any of commercial industries (CPG, Retail, Real Estate etc.)

Experience with Agile tools and methodologies- demonstrated agile experience and certifications such as SAFe PO/PM, CSPO etc.
