Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead ideation, design, and definition of new product features in collaboration with commercial product teams, architects, and engineering.
Work with product leadership and stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and detailed user stories for development teams.
Collaborate with engineering to groom user stories, resolve technical challenges, and review deliverables for quality and accuracy.
Maintain product documentation for internal teams and customers.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, operations, professional services, and other product teams to implement and iterate on solutions.
Own the full lifecycle of product APIs and integrations with other products.
Support audit and compliance activities related to the product suite
