Job Description

Key Responsibilities Product & Platform Management

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for internal tools, admin dashboards, company websites, and AI-based products.

• Gather business requirements and convert them into actionable product specifications.

• Coordinate with frontend, backend, AI, and QA teams for smooth execution.

• Prioritize features, improvements, and bug fixes based on business impact.

• Ensure timely delivery of products and releases. Team Handling & Coordination

• Handle and coordinate with the technology team on daily tasks and sprint planning.

• Monitor development progress and ensure accountability across teams.

• Conduct regular product review meetings and track deliverables.

• Work closely with founders and stakeholders for product strategy and execution. AI & Automation

• Identify opportunities to use AI tools for automation and operational efficiency.

• Work on AI-based workflows, integrations, and productivity enhancements.

• Research and evaluate new AI technologies and tools for implementation.

Dashboard & Analytics

• Define dashboard requirements and reporting structures.

• Improve usability, workflows, and user experience of internal platforms.

• Monitor product performance metrics and suggest improvements. Documentation & Process

• Create PRDs, workflow documents, user stories, and release notes.

• Maintain product roadmaps and project tracking systems.

• Ensure proper communication between business and technical teams. Required Skills

• Experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management.

• Strong understanding of web applications, dashboards, and SaaS products.

• Ability to handle and coordinate technical teams effectively.

• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, and workflow automation tools.

• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and product workflows.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred / Additional Skills

• Knowledge of KYC, KYB, fintech, verification, or fraud prevention systems will be an added advantage. • Understanding of API products and data-driven platforms.

• Experience with analytics and reporting tools.

• Startup experience preferred.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field.

• 2–6 years of relevant experience preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong ownership mindset.

• Fast learner with problem-solving attitude.

• Comfortable working in a startup environment.

• Ability to take independent decisions and drive execution.

• Good understanding of business and technology alignment.
