Product Manager GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

Role Summary

Fastcurve is hiring a Product Manager to build and evolve our enterprise GRC SaaS platform.

This role requires deep understanding of Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and Third-Party (Vendor) Risk Management domains. You will work directly with CISOs, Compliance Officers, Risk Managers, Internal Audit teams, and Security leaders to solve complex governance and compliance challenges.

This is not a roadmap coordination role.

You will own product outcomes by understanding customer compliance processes, designing scalable workflows, and leveraging AI to build intelligent, agentic experiences that automate assessments, evidence collection, risk analysis, control testing, policy management, and regulatory compliance.

You are not expected to write production code, but you are expected to confidently use modern AI tools to design workflows, generate specifications, prototype solutions, and build agentic product experiences.

You will own the complete product lifecycle:

Customer → Product → AI Workflow → Validate → Deploy → Learn

What You Will Do

Customer Discovery & Product Ownership

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand governance, risk, audit, compliance, and security operations.
• Translate customer challenges into scalable SaaS capabilities rather than one-off customizations.
• Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution validation.
• Drive customer adoption by improving workflows, usability, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate business value, compliance impact, implementation strategy, and rollout plans to stakeholders.

GRC Product Design

• Design products across Governance, Risk Management, Compliance Management, Internal Audit, Policy Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Controls Management, Assessments, Evidence Management, Findings, Issues, Exceptions, and Remediation workflows.
• Convert complex regulatory and operational requirements into intuitive product experiences.
• Design configurable workflows, approval processes, questionnaires, scoring models, dashboards, and reporting.
• Define product requirements that balance customer value, scalability, security, and implementation effort.

AI & Agentic Workflow Design

• Design AI-powered and agentic workflows that automate compliance and risk operations.
• Build intelligent workflows for evidence review, questionnaire analysis, control mapping, policy interpretation, risk identification, document analysis, recommendations, and compliance assistance.
• Use AI tools to rapidly generate workflows, specifications, prototypes, and solution designs.
• Validate AI-generated outputs before implementation.
• Partner closely with engineering to deliver production-ready capabilities.

Compliance & Domain Research

• Stay current with global compliance frameworks, regulations, and security standards.
• Research customer environments, industry practices, and regulatory expectations.
• Convert compliance knowledge into reusable product capabilities.
• Drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback and market evolution.

Required Experience

• 3–8 years of Product Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years working on an enterprise GRC, Cybersecurity, Audit, Risk, Compliance, or TPRM SaaS product.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience working with Agile product teams.

Experience with AI-assisted product development, LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, or AI copilots will be a significant advantage.
