Roles and Responsibilities:
- Marketing Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies for Immunoassay products, manage sales budgets, monitor performance against forecasts, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and market share.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Coordinate market research, gather competitor data, analyze competitive activities, and develop tools to address competition and capture market insights.
- Product Management & Forecasting: Contribute to product improvements, define product strategies, analyze sales data, and create long-term, quarterly, and monthly forecasts.
- Scientific Marketing & Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide scientific marketing support via CMEs, hospital programs, and publications. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, L&D, service) and regional marketing to align strategies and address key issues.
- Training & Relationship Management: Conduct product training for internal associates and external clients, and cultivate strong business relationships with customers and key experts.
