Role Description

At Avèro Advisors, we empower public sector organizations through independent technology advisory and digital transformation. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our service offerings and AI-powered delivery tools, helping simplify how government agencies deliver services to their communities.

We are seeking a Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex public sector needs and innovative technological solutions, with a focus on ERP modernization, IT strategy, and smart community initiatives.

Core Roles & Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the long-term vision for Avèro's advisory products and digital service frameworks, ensuring alignment with our mission to modernize local government.
• Public Sector Roadmap: Develop and manage a 1-3 year product roadmap focused on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformations and digital city experiences.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between consultants, government CIOs, and engineering teams to translate client needs into functional requirements.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research on public sector technology trends and competitor landscapes to maintain Avèro's status as a premier independent advisor.
• Feature Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, balancing technical feasibility with the high-stakes security and operational requirements of public agencies.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of our technology implementations on agency efficiency and citizen satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within IT consulting, SaaS, or public sector technology.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex technical roadmaps to diverse stakeholders, from mayors to IT directors.
• Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage end-to-end product cycles in an independent advisory environment.
