Role Overview:- We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to reimagine our core banking products, including Accounts and Deposits on AU 0101. You will be the engine of creativity for our core platform, responsible for transforming traditional banking services into engaging, mobile-first experiences. Success in this role requires a unique blend of user empathy, data-driven decision-making, and a deep, nuanced understanding of how financial accounts are structured and regulated.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the innovation strategy for Accounts and Deposits, identifying market opportunities and developing product concepts that set new industry standards.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for increasing platform stickiness and driving feature optimization and prioritization.
- Utilize customer engagement platforms (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap) to understand the user lifecycle, drive feature adoption, and boost retention.
- Ensure all product features are fully compliant with relevant RBI circulars on KYC/AML, customer service standards, and data privacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless product delivery and build highly personalized user experiences.
- Conduct user testing and A/B testing to incorporate feedback and continuously improve product offerings.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing user data, A/B test results, and performance metrics. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics) is required.
- Customer-Centricity: A deep empathy for user needs and experience with customer journey mapping and UX/UI design principles to create intuitive products.
- Technical Literacy: A solid grasp of API-driven product development, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and fintech integrations to facilitate effective communication with engineering.
- Execution & Collaboration: Expertise in Agile methodologies and proficiency with tools like JIRA. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for leading cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in product management for digital platforms; fintech or payments experience is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of core account constitution principles, including Mode of Operation (MOP) to define account access rules, various customer relationship structures (e.g., individual, joint, household), and accounting entity types (e.g., sole proprietorship, corporation).
- A proven track record of conceptualizing and launching innovative, user-centric features that drive engagement and growth.
- Proficiency in using customer engagement and analytics platforms like CleverTap or MoEngage to make data-informed product decisions.
- Strong understanding of core banking processes and regulatory environments.
- Good to have: Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis, enabling faster, data-driven decision-making and reducing dependency on engineering teams.
