About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager who is customer-obsessed and execution-driven. This role requires someone who has shipped products, understands the SDLC end-to-end, and can work closely with customers, engineering, and business teamsespecially during US overlapping hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product requirements and roadmap for assigned products/features
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and define requirements
• Translate business needs into clear product specs and user stories
• Partner with engineering to deliver features through the full SDLC
• Prioritize features based on impact, customer value, and business goals
• Support product launches and post-launch improvements
• Collaborate across design, engineering, sales, and support teams

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a product-based company
• Experience shipping customer-facing products
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers directly
• Ability to work in US overlapping hours (night shift)
