Product Manager

Enable PM community to create, maintain and quality-assure AI documentation (Transparency Cards, light technical documentation) in line with EU AI Act and Amadeus policy, ensuring transparency, governance and security standards across Airline Solutions. Acts as a capacity multiplier/editor without taking ownership away from PMs; drives on-time, compliant documentation and alignment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Artificial Intelligence Specialist contributing to Business solution management / security governance within BISO organisation of Airline Solutions.
  • Guide Product Managers in drafting and reviewing Transparency Cards and concise technical documentation.
  • Coordinate team contributions, monitor progress at key checkpoints, and ensure adherence to project deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date AI case inventories, ensuring data hygiene ahead of tooling migrations.
  • Liaise with Legal and Compliance, AI Programme teams, BISO/TISO, and DTS to clarify scope, facilitate reviews, and address tool-specific transparency requirements.
  • Develop and provide reusable response templates; continuously improve documentation and training materials based on stakeholder feedback.

Stakeholder Management

  • Actively collaborate with and manage a diverse set of transversal stakeholders, including Product Managers, Legal and Compliance teams (such as BAIS/AI Programme), BISO/TISO, AI Programme/GRC, DTS/Data Office, and Account Management, to ensure alignment and effective communication across functions.
  • Establish and maintain regular weekly and monthly checkpoints with stakeholders to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure transparency in project development and compliance initiatives.
  • Efficiently handle compliance-related ad-hoc escalations, facilitating swift resolution through coordination with relevant teams and maintaining records in accordance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Transparency Cards: Percentage of Transparency Cards completed within stipulated timelines; ratio of approvals secured as per project requirements.
  • AI Case Inventory Hygiene: Percentage of AI cases accurately updated with current stage and scope; proportion of duplicate entries identified and cleared prior to tooling migration.
  • Product Manager Enablement: Timeliness of Product Manager contributions at defined checkpoints; quality of technical documentation as assessed through stakeholder feedback.
  • Reusable Communications: Availability and adoption rate of generic, GRC-aligned customer AI usage response templates across teams.

Must-have

  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Data/AI, Information Security, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong skills in documentation structuring, stakeholder and program management, and regulatory literacyparticularly regarding the EU AI Act & supporting AI Act governance activities
  • Clear and concise communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage project / AI documentation using popular M365 tools.
  • Work autonomously and maintain high standards for communication and compliance

Good to have

  • Experience in supporting Product Managers with AI/ML documentation and governance activities,
  • Familiarity with the airline solutions product ecosystem, customer commitments, and compliance frameworks is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with the Archer AI Governance module is considered desirable.
  • Thorough understanding of the EU AI Act's scope and transparency obligations.
