We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in defining product vision, managing roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through customer-centric innovation.
You will serve as the bridge between business, technology, and design teamstranslating customer needs into product features and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle managementfrom ideation, requirements gathering, and prioritization to delivery and go-to-market.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and validate assumptions.
Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure product goals are met on time and within scope.
Define clear product requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog based on business value.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and product outcomes.
Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Drive data-informed decision-making through analytics and customer insights.
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launch plans.
Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in product planning, design thinking, and Agile execution.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
78 years of experience in Product Management or a related role in technology, analytics, or digital transformation domains.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products (digital, SaaS, or enterprise-grade solutions).
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar.
Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and customer behavior analysis.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and organizational goals.
CSPO, Pragmatic Institute PM Certification, or equivalent professional certification.
Experience working in B2B / SaaS / Analytics / AI-driven products.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles, API integrations, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to financial modeling, pricing strategy, or ROI analysis.
Ability to mentor junior product managers or associate PMs.
