Position Overview
You drive the creation of consumer-facing AI products designed for India-first users. You shape multilingual, multimodal experiences that impact millions and build partner-facing platforms that power broad ecosystem adoption. You translate user and partner needs into actionable product strategies, balancing real-world usability with scalable growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product thinking for consumer-facing AI experiences.
- Design and scale partner-facing products, including APIs, integrations, and ecosystem tools.
- Work closely with internal engineering and AI teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Collaborate with external partners such as platforms, solution providers, and ecosystem players.
- Translate user and partner needs into clear product roadmaps.
- Balance consumer experience with ecosystem scalability.
- Identify gaps in existing user journeys and propose product solutions.
Must Have Criteria
- Strong product sense and user obsession.
- Ability to think beyond pure UX into platform adoption, partner enablement, and ecosystem growth.
- Experience building products that interface with multiple stakeholders and are not single-user only.
- Comfort working in early-stage or ambiguous product environments.
- Ability to understand India-specific user behaviour, especially beyond urban-centric users.
- High agency and ownership with a bias for action.
- Deep thinking ability with structured reasoning and strong mental models.
- Curiosity and a learning mindset, especially for fast-evolving AI capabilities.
- Technical and analytical capability, including data-driven decision-making and comfort with technical discussions.
- Insight into and obsession with Bharat user behaviors and motivations.
- Strong foundations in product management, including execution, communication, stakeholder alignment, and product sense.
- Experience in consumer tech platforms or API/ecosystem-driven companies.
- Background where product success depends on external adoption, not just internal feature shipping.
- Understanding of AI product implications (deep AI model expertise not required).
