Product Manager AI/ML is a senior product management role focused on defining and managing an AI/GenAI development platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, experience with product management in a technical environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Define and communicate the strategic vision for AI/GenAI development platforms aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop a dynamic roadmap for platform evolution, prioritizing features based on emerging AI trends and team feedback.
- Responsible for setting the platform's vision, managing its lifecycle, and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and timely updates.
- Provide technical guidance on development best practices and support a range of AI activities from data processing to deployment.
- Lead user training initiatives and create comprehensive documentation to enhance platform proficiency among internal teams.
- Monitor platform performance continuously and iterate on enhancements based on user feedback and technological advancements.
- Foster effective communication across teams to encourage platform adoption and drive collaborative success.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering with10-15 years of experience as a Product Manager or Owner, preferably in AI/ML or technology platforms
- Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and development processes
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
