About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager, AI to define, build, and drive the strategy for our enterprise clients in Generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing AI-driven products, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that transform business operations. Your ability to bridge technical AI capabilities with customer needs will be key to driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

Define & execute AI product strategy aligned with our client's objectives.

Lead market research & competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.

Develop business cases for new AI-driven product initiatives.

Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive product requirements and user stories.

Oversee testing & validation to ensure AI features meet quality and performance standards.

Engage with customers & stakeholders to refine AI solutions based on feedback.

Optimize user journeys by partnering with marketing and sales for AI-driven engagement.

Drive AI personalization & automation, leveraging NLP, sentiment analysis, and recommendation engines.

Establish AI analytics & reporting to track performance and continuously improve solutions.

Preferred Skills & Expertise:

Generative AI product strategy and prototyping

AI/ML frameworks (LLMs, RAG, NLP, Sentiment Analysis)

Prompt engineering and AI-powered recommendation engine

AI product tools (Pendo, Figma/Adobe, Lucidchart, others )

Data-driven decision-making and user experience design principles

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Telecom, MarTech and/or STEM background (preferred but not required)

Customer-centric and consultative mindset
