Product Manager - AI Assisted App Development

Role Description

We're looking for a Product Manager who can ship fast in an AI-driven development environment. You'll work closely with developers, designers, and AI tools like Claude and Cursor to translate business problems into scalable, production-ready applications.

This role is ideal for someone who understands product deeply, is comfortable around code, and knows how to use AI as a force multiplier not a crutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation PRD development launch iteration
• Use AI Tools to draft and refine PRDs, user journeys, edge cases, and feature logic
• Generate UX copy, onboarding flows, and experiment designs
• Act as the bridge between business, design, and engineering

Experience

• 25 years of experience as a Product Manager, Associate PM, or similar role
• Experience working on software / SaaS / mobile or web apps
• Exposure to fast-paced product environments (startups, digital agencies, product studios)

Must-Have Skills

• Strong product thinking and problem-solving ability
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for product work (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
• Clear understanding of:
• Frontend vs backend concepts
• APIs and databases (conceptual level)
• Agile / iterative product development
• Ability to read code and understand logic (not required to write production code)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
